Ace director Bala, who received positive applause from the audience and critics for his latest film, Naachiyaar, has started his next film, Varma, with Dhruv Vikram in the lead role.
 

As per our reliable close sources, Varma's shooting has apparently kickstarted today, (March 2), at Kathmandu, in Nepal. The film, which is an official remake of Telugu superhit film, Arjun Reddy, has dialogues penned by Raju Murugan and cinematography by Sukumar.

However, it is said that the makers haven't zeroed in, on the music director and heroine of the film. Talks are said to be in the final stages for both these factors, and we can expect an announcement very soon.

This is Dhruv's silver screen debut and as everyone is eager to witness the star kid's performance. It is a big day for him, who will be acting in front of the camera for the first time.
