Chekka Chivantha Vaanam had a star studded cast that included Vijay Sethupathi, Arvind Swami, Arun Vijay, Simbu, Jyothika, Aditi Rao Hydari, Aishwarya Rajesh and others. Now in an interesting report, Arvind Swami and Simbu are likely to come together for a new movie after their good chemistry in CCV.

CCV duo Arvind Swami and Simbu to do MGR and MR Radha movie together

Sources close to us inform that this movie is all set to be produced by Radikaa under Radaan Mediaworks and will depict the political life story of MGR and M.R.Radha. This untitled project will be directed by Ike Radha of Sangili Bungili Kadhava Thorae fame.

STR is said to be approached by producer Radikaa and talks are going on between them and if everything turns out well, we might get to see STR play M.R.Radha and Arvind Swami playing MGR. While the cast seems extremely exciting, it would be really interesting to get an official update soon.

Sources assure that an official confirmation on the same can be expected to be in a week’s time. STR’s latest was Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven was directed by Sundar.C and produced by Lyca Productions and it did well in the box office.
