In this task which was conducted as a trial for the upcoming nominations, Jithan Ramesh while giving a Heart break symbol to Sanam Shetty has said that he found there was something fishy about Sanam Shetty's behavior and it was as if she had watched all the seasons 1, 2, and 3 and behaving according to that.
