The first season of Bigg Boss Malayalam had the suave 'Tharikida' Sabu emerging as the winner, and the second season too received a polarizing response after the elimination of contestant Rajith Kumar, after he applied chilli paste on the eyes of fellow contestant Reshma during a task. The incident drew a lot of flak amongst viewers. However, it was suspended midway owing to COVID outbreak.

Now, the third season is by far the most controversial among the seasons, and one can expect unexpected twists and turns and fights and arguments everyday. Recently, Bigg Boss revealed to Bhagyalakshmi inside the confession room that her ex-husband had passed away.

Inside the confession room, she mentioned to Bigg Boss that he had been sick for a while, and that she had instructed her sons to take care in case anything happens. Once she exited the confession room, she contemplated whether or not she should continue in the house, and now, it seems that will remain in the game.
