Some really humbling news comes in this morning. It is reported that AR Rahman will be the brand ambassador for the North-east Indian state, Sikkim. The Maestro music director also gave his acceptance speech for the same.

At the Sikkim Red Panda Winter Carnival 2017-18, the annual tourism event organized by the state tourism department, Chief Minister Pawan Chamling announced the same. He also thanked Rahman for accepting to associate himself with Sikkim.

Rahman, in his acceptance speech, has reportedly conveyed his pleasure to be associated with Sikkim. Also, he appreciated the immaculate beauty of the state and the hospitality of its people
