Ajith's Vivegam trailer review

The most expected trailer of the year, Thala Ajith's Vivegam trailer is finally out! The usual routine from Siva and Team, releasing it at 12:01 am on Thursday has been followed once again for Ajith's 57th film, and 3rd with this successful combination. What comprises the trailer, does Thala stand out once again? Does Anirudh shine? Do the dialogues take center stage? Let us find out!

Anthony L Ruben has cut out a perfect trailer for Thala's Vivegam with all the possible elements required to spice up the fans of Ajith Kumar and also neutral cinema lovers. In an entirely international set up the nativity is felt in every word uttered by Ajith. Ajith looks charming, fabulous and fit, perfectly suiting the role of an international counter-terrorist agent. Within the first half of the trailer, Siva and Ruben have tried to establish different relationships that we would come across in the film, namely, friendship, enmity, and love. We see a stylish and flamboyant Ajith, rugged and also a very sophisticated man. Siva has tried to touch Ajith's positives with just the cuts in the trailer.

Intelligently, the director has not played too much with the conflict of the story in this trailer but has let us know that AK is not somebody who will bog down quickly, even if you touch his sensitive side, which could very well be his wife. Ajith's dialogues are powerful, Anirudh's already successful music takes a step forward and strikes the perfect chord for the premise set by the director. Kajal Aggarwal seems to be carrying the role of a wife with ease as she looks just perfect as Ajith's pair. A heavy dose of mass, class and a lot of rage is showed by Ajith. There is also a quick shot, in which we see a poster which says 'Wanted' with Ajith's image on it. Do his own team mates think he is on the wrong side?

Cinematography by Vetri looks impressive, matching the standards and we can surely say that there are a lot of motivational episodes in this film. Akshara Haasan's role is still kept under covers, while a minute comedy sequence, which doesn't quite work well, is also shown, which involves Karunakaran. Siva's career takes yet another step forward with Vivegam, while the trailer will run all guns blazing for the next one week until we catch the film on the silver screens.

Overall, Ajith takes complete control, and you will see his rage on 24th of August.
