'SUFIYUM SUJATHAYUM' DIRECTOR IS IN ICU, CRITICAL AND ON VENTILATOR SUPPORT - ACTOR CONFIRMS!

This sudden piece of information had to be posted when the reports of the director’s death news started doing heavy rounds.
Actor Vijay Babu posted, “Shanavas is still on ventilator support. His heart is still beating .... request all to pls pray for him. We are still hoping for a miracle. Shall update accordingly. Pls do not post wrong information.”
Another report has been doing rounds that the director was declared brain dead on Wednesday morning (December 23) at a private hospital in Coimbatore. For the unversed, Shanavas was under treatment at the intensive care unit of KG Hospital after he went into cardiogenic shock last week on the sets of his upcoming film.
The director is said to be on ventilator support since Saturday. It is said that he was shooting in Attapadi in Palakkad district when he fell sick. Shanavas made his directorial debut in 2015 with Karie which was well-recieved. His second directorial Sufiyum Sujatayum, featuring Aditi Rao Hydari, Jayasurya and Dev Mohan, released on the OTT platform in July this year.
