Telugu cinema's megastar Chiranjeevi is working on his next film, 'Acharya' directed by Koratala Siva. This is his 152nd film. The film is produced by his son and actor Ram Charan.

The actor is likely to play dual roles as Govind and Acharya in the film. Touted to be a socio-political actioner, the plot of the film reportedly revolves around a middle-aged Naxalite-turned-social reformer who launches a fight against the Endowments Department over misappropriation of temple funds and donations.

Kajal Aggarwal plays the female lead, and Sonu Sood is also on board in an important role in the movie.

Chiranjeevi is also acting in the Telugu remake of the Malayalam hit Lucifer which is to be directed by Mohan Raja. All in all, great exciting times for the actor while for now it's Acharya teaser.
