VIDEO: MEGASTAR CHIRANJEEVI PRAISES VIJAY SETHUPATHI TO THE MOON AND BACK IN UPPENA PRE-RELEASE EVENT
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsUppena is an upcoming Telugu film, directed by Bucchi Babu Sana, a former assistant of Sukumar, in his directorial debut, and starring Panja Vaisshnav Tej and Krithi Shetty while Vijay Sethupathi would be seen in a pivotal role. Panja is Megastar Chiranjeevi's nephew and the film is said to release on February 12.
Recently, the film's pre-release event was held and Chiranjeevi spoke very highly of VJS. He called him a great human being, humble, committed to his craft, a versatile actor who looks for characters rather than being a hero and cited the example of Master in which Sethupathi played the villain Bhavani.

When it was VJS's turn to speak, he said that he has a great respect for Chiranjeevi ever since the Sye Raa days, said director Bujji is an emotional person and a great soul and it has come out in the movie. He praised the leads for having the desire to learn and grow. VJS was also lavish in his praise of music composer DSP. He urged everyone to watch the movie in theatres and thanked the Telugu audience for supporting films in theatres.
