What Vijay and Narendra Modi discussed about ...

We earlier reported that Ilayathalapathy Vijay will be meeting Narendra Modi in Coimbatore. From what we hear, Vijay received a warm welcome by Modi.

In a press release, Vijay said, “I am really happy for the way Guruji Modi welcomed an ordinary man like me. The last time he was in Chennai, he expressed his wish to meet me. But, since I was in Hyderabad, I could not meet him. And, I went to meet him in Coimbatore.”

The press release also said that politics wasn’t the topic of discussion. Reportedly, Modi and Vijay discussed about the actor’s 21 year career. Vijay said, “I feel great pride that one among India’s most important leader knows so much about me.”

It is to be noted that Modi met Superstar Rajinikanth in his residence last week.
