What is the status of Mani Ratnam’s film?

After his last film Kadal, ace director Mani Ratnam started his next project titled Okay Kanmani some time back. The film is said to be a light hearted romantic tale that features Dulquer Salman, Nithya Menen, Prakash Raj, Kanika in lead roles.

The technical side boasts of P C Sreeram behind the lens and A R Rahman responsible for music. Updating about the film and sharing a picture of the director he shot, P C Sreeram says, “A still of Mani Ratnam shot by me during the shoot of his latest film OKK. 99.9% of film finished”. It is also believed that the film would be ready for release early 2015. A nice way to start the week especially for Mani Ratnam fans!
