"Need all your support" - director of Kochadaiiyaan

It came as a huge disappointment to the fans, when the most awaited Superstar Rajinikanth starrer, Kochadaiiyaan unfortunately backed out from its release on 9^th May. There were several speculations about the last minute cancellation. But clearing the air the director of this photorealistic motion capture movie, Soundarya Rajinikanth Ashwin, in her twitter handle posted, “Due to technical reasons we couldn't get the 3D version to theaters on time. Our movie will release on 23rd may! Need all your support!”
 

Meanwhile, Vikramasimha, the Telugu version of Kochadaiiyaan was censored with a U certificate by the CBFC. The film will enjoy a huge worldwide release on the 23^rd of May.
