Vijay's Kaththi - Exclusive Trailer Review

Oct 19, 2014
When problems of different sizes fell like stones on team Kaththi, the camp cool-headedly used those stones to sharpen Kaththi, keeping their patience and determination intact. Although the promotions for the film have been subtle, the teaser followed by two back to back song promos have placed the exuberance level of the fans on a hyperventilating rocket.

The trailer, released a few moments back, has enough elements to produce that goosebump-ish moment for any ardent fan of Vijay. Ilayathalapathy appears to have retained the decibel raising “cracking-neck-muscles-with-fist-on-cheek” mannerism that he had in Thuppakki.

The shot that shows a flight passing through Vijay’s arms that are held upright, proves yet again that Murugadoss is a mastermind and George C Williams’ cinematography appears to be right on the money.

Vijay’s dialogues from “Avala pick up pannanum” to “Oru Graamathaan Sethaana Mooka Moodikuvangalaa” conveys clearly that the movie will be a complete package of romance, comedy, action and thrill.

Neil Nithin Mukesh’s Thamizh dubbing surprise, George C Williams' visuals, Anirudh’s BGM, Samantha’s cute looks, ARM’s pulse breaking thoughts and above all Ilayathalapathy’s underplayed yet strong punches promise Tamil Cinema a cracker of a Diwali.
