Director Saravanan of Engeyum Eppodhum fame, who is currently working on Ivan Veramathiri featuring Vikram Prabhu, is reportedly unhappy with his lead actor. No, this has nothing to do with the young man’s skills but his commitment to another project simultaneously is what has soured the director.

Saravanan has about 40 days left to complete Ivan Veramathiri and was looking at completing it in one single schedule. Vikram Prabhu on the other hand had signed a film for UTV under the direction of Gaurav of Thoonga Nagaram fame, and the project was supposed to go on floors only in June.

But a sudden turn of events and change of mind has apparently threatened to disrupt the steady momentum built up by Director Saravanan. He plans to request Vikram Prabhu from refraining from doing the photoshoots and postpone his schedule for UTV Films to a later date. One can expect representatives from both the production houses to sort out the confusion and arrive at an amicable solution.
