Salman Khan made an appearance in the court yesterday (10th June 2013) with regard to the 2002 hit and run case filed against him. The case has been dragging on for years since Salman could not attend the court proceedings. The hearing, however, has been postponed to June 24th owing to lack of court personnel.

Earlier, in September 2002, Salman was booked in a hit and run case that killed a platform dweller in the Bandra area in Mumbai after the actor's car ran down people sleeping on the platform. Four people were injured in the incident.
