Hindi Thuppakki gets underway
Jan 06, 2013After a successful 2012 in which he had three well received movies in Housefull 2, Rowdy Rathore and Oh My God, Akshay Kumar has started 2013 in right earnest. He has commenced shooting for Thuppakki’s Hindi remake under the able direction of A.R.Murugadoss.
Sonakshi Sinha will be his onscreen pair yet again in Thuppakki which is an action thriller that throws light on sleeper cells who are out to terrorize Mumbai city. The Hindi version is yet to be titled.
Vijay and Kajal Aggarwal featured in the Tamil original which was a highly successful movie in 2012. ARM would be looking to repeat the success with Akshay and Sonakshi as well.
