Thiru, director of the upcoming action movie, Samar is very upset with the spreading rumours about the release of his film not being on the 13^th. The rumours were on social networks that the film might not release due to lack of theater.

In response to such reports, Thiru clarified that they are absolutely untrue and that the film will definitely hit on schedule.

His action entertainer features Vishal, Trisha and Sunaina in the lead role and Yuvan Shankar Raja has delivered the tunes. The film will release during Pongal, along with Vishwaroopam, Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya and Alex Pandian.
