'Master of melodies' for Vijay's Jilla
Jun 30, 2013 The music of Jilla, by composer Imman, promises to be a memorable affair, combining melodies and peppy numbers. Imman is on a high as his work for movies such as Kumki, Saattai and the recent Desingu Raja have hit the bull's eye. Now, teaming up with Ilayathalapathy Vijay 11 years after his debut in Thamizhan, a lot is expected from the young musician.
He recently recorded a song with the talented Sonu Nigam, a master of melodies. Imman had also updated awhile back that they are trying their best to make Vijay sing a song for the album. The star recently sang his 25th number for Thalaivaa, the superhit 'Vaanganna Vanakkanganna' track.
Jilla is fast being shot in sets in Chennai and also previously in Madurai, and the movie is eyeing a Pongal 2014 release.
