The stunt union of Andhra Pradesh has a rule enforced wherein any visiting industry that’s shooting in the state must have 30 percent of local AP stuntmen as part of the force. Keeping this in mind Venkat Prabhu and his crew which includes stunt master Silva had made the required arrangements for a 14 day rigorous schedule to can a complex stunt sequence.

But when the crew settled down in Hyderbad to commence the shooting they were in for an unpleasant surprise when the union announced that they had revised the rules and now 50 percent of the stunt team had to comprise of local AP stuntmen. The unit was clearly not prepared for this and the union was pressing for the shooting to be stalled.

Following some negotiations the team shot for 3 days before returning to Chennai where the producers, Studio Green, had made quick arrangements to recreate the setting in Binny Mills to finish the remainder of the stunt sequence. The film’s stars too had to be relocated following this development.
