Bharat Bala and Dhanush do a time-travel on Mariyaan's script

Dhanush’s Mariyaan has been shot in a very interesting manner by director Bharat Bala. It seems the climax scene was shot first and then the entire film was shot in the reverse with the opening scene being shot last. Sort of a 'time travel' on the script. 

 

The cast, including Dhanush, had to keep this in mind and emote accordingly. The director himself has revealed this unique process that he followed for the movie.

 

Parvathy Menon is cast opposite Dhanush in this A.R.Rahman musical.
