Actress Ananya who debuted in Tamil through Nadodigal and later played one of the leads in Engeyum Eppodhum had supposedly decided to restrict herself to just Malayalam films. The decision is believed to have been influenced by her husband.

But now Ananya seems to have changed her mind and will be seen in a film titled Puli Vaal. The film stars Prassana and Vimal as the two heroes. The fact that the project already has two heroines in Iniya and Oviya hasn’t bothered Ananya too much because she feels that her role will be substantial enough for her to make an impression of her own.
