79-YEAR-OLD OLD LADY IS GOING TO JAIL FOR FEEDING STRAY CATS!

A 79-year-old lady was lonely after her husband died in 2017 and some stray cats kept her company. She in turn fed them. However, now that had costed her $2000 and is going to jail.

In Ohio, USA, feeding stray is a crime. Garfield Heights Municipal Court Magistrate Jeffrey Short gave her 10-day sentence, Fox 8 Cleveland reported.

"I miss my own kitties. They passed away; my husband passed away. I'm lonely. So the cats and kitties outside help me," the old lady said.

Judge Short was filling in for Judge Weiler. Weiler said to Washington Post, "I'll try to find out what's going on, what's happening and then try and make a decision that makes sense for the circumstances."
