Media company Viacom18 has reportedly extended its maternity leave benefits to nine months of paid leave from three months at present. Also the company is offering 30 days of paternity leave. Additionally, female workers will be allowed to avail medical leaves for check-ups during pregnancy, flexible work options for 12 weeks post maternity leave, and a day care facility.
