Tamil Nadu Cabinet, on Saturday, has reportedly resolved that Bharat Ratna Dr MGR memorial at the Marina beach would be renamed as ‘Bharat Ratna Dr Puratchi Thalaivar MGR and Puratchi Thalaivi Amma Selvi Jayalalithaa memorial’. The Cabinet also a passed a resolution to build a memorial hall for Dr Jayalalithaa.
