Native to Madagascar, scientists have discovered three more species of mouse lemur, bringing the total types of mouse lemurs up to 24. Only two species of these small primates were known as early as 20 years ago. They face extinction threat, according to the ‘red list’ by International Union for Conservation of Nature.
