Kevin Curran, who worked as a writer on ‘The Simpsons’ for 17 years, passed away on Tuesday in Los Angeles at the age of 59. According to reports, the six time Emmy for his work on The Simpsons and Late Night with David Letterman, died after a long illness. He is survived by two children from his previous relationship with Helen Fielding, the author of Bridget Jones's Diary.
