Tata Consultancy Services is engaged in a bidding battle for one of Dell’s IT management business called Perot Systems. The contenders are Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. Ltd, NTT Data Corp. and Atos SE, said one of the people with direct knowledge of the talks. However, no official word is out from both TCS and Dell.
