A 3-year-old boy, who was playing with his friends, was reportedly abducted by a youth in a bicycle. Cops are reportedly investigating the alleged abduction which was recorded on a CCTV footage in RK Nagar on Monday. The police officer reportedly said that the child appeared to be calm in the footage.
