The Russian youth who has come to India as a tourist has been on headlines for all wrong reasons. After his story of begging in a Kancheepuram temple, the youth reportedly denied approaching the Russian embassy even after the Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj promised help. The youth reportedly said that he was ordered by Lord Shiva to beg. He also said that it will cost Rs 100 to take selfies with him.
