Justice Kirubakaran poses these questions to Centre, States

Madras High Court judge Justice Kirubakaran has reportedly asked the Central and state governments of what actions have been taken against sexual abuses. He also reportedly asked why a committee, headed by former Supreme Court judge, cannot be formed to come up with a separate law to control sexual abuses. Further noting that CCTV helped in identifying the offenders in Udumalai Shankar case, Justice Kirubakaran asked why the cameras should not be installed in public places and junctions. He also reportedly added that people should be made aware of the punishments for such offences. He reportedly had a set of 25 questions on the issue.
