Tamil Nadu milk is unsafe to consume says central minister

The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) MP T.R Balu raised discussion over the topic at the Lok Sabha assembly to which Ashwini Kumar Choubey replied. He said that a toxic substance is being added in a large quantity than permitted levels into the milk supplied to Tamil Nadu, Kerala and New Delhi. He alleged that milk of that quality is being widely sold in all these states.

Choubey further claimed that the toxic substance named 'Aflatoxin M1' (Chemical compound) has been added in large quantity which is not good for the health of the people. As per his statement, Tamil Nadu remains to be the NO 1 state to consume toxic milk among the two other states listed.
