President orders judges to issue verdicts in Tamil

In a massive relief for advocates and petitioners, President Ramnath Kovind has reportedly ordered the Madras High Court judges to issue verdicts translated into Tamil, say reports. The President reportedly held a meeting with the judges on Sunday at Raj Bhavan in Chennai. Governor Banwarilal Purohit has also reportedly assured that law books will be translated into Tamil.
