TAMIL NADU DEMANDS JUSTICE FOR ROJA: GIRL FOUND DEAD, HAD CIGARETTE MARKS OVER BODY

The nation is burning over the rape and murder of doctor Priyanka Reddy. Along with it, Justice for Roja was trending on the same day.

Roja, a young girl from Kanchipuram, was found dead in a suspicious way and people were demandin justice for her on Twitter.

She was in love with a man named Rajesh near her place. After she figured out she got pregnant, she insisted he married her. He agreed and reportedly he called her and went to his place, reports Puthiya Thalaimurai.

In this situation, an unknown bosy was found in a farm and police retrived the body and upon investigation, it was revealed that it was Roja. Police informed her parents and sent the body to government hospital.

She had cigarette burns on her body and she was found strangled. Her family protested outside the hospital and then police arrested the suspected accused her boyfriend. It was found that he was already married and he didn't want to marry Roja. Whether he murdered her or if it was a suicide is still being investigated. He has been charged with harassment and jailed.
