After receiving DMK whip R Sakkarapani’s plea to disqualify O Panneerselvam and 10 other MLAs who voted against the CM, the Justice K Ravichandra Babu has reportedly sent notice to the speaker returnable before October 12. OPS and his then faction voted against the CM during the floor test that was conducted on February 12. However, the OPS faction merged with EPS faction later and OPS has been selected as the Deputy CM of Tamil Nadu.
