23-year-old Dhashvanth, who is accused of killing 7-year-old Hasini and his own mother Sarala, has said that he didn’t kill his 47-year-old mother. When the police took him out after producing him before the court in Chengalpet, Dhashvanth is heard saying, “I have no connection with the second case, I have no connection with my mother’s case.” Sarala was found murdered at their house before Dhashvanth went into hiding. He was later tracked to Mumbai and arrested.
