Chennai city reportedly registered the lowest daytime temperature of the year - 25°C on Monday morning. Reports say the coldest night of the year was registered in January at a temperature of 20°C. According to TOI reports, during November, the city experiences an average maximum and minimum temperature of 29.9°C and 23.1°C.
