CSK COACH STEPHEN FLEMING EXPLAINS WHY RAJVARDHAN HANGARGEKAR IS YET TO FEATURE IN IPL 2022

"You have to be very careful. I know he’s (Rajvardhan) performed at the Under-19 level but this is a step up. We’re very conscious of the skills that he needs to perform. We don’t wanna just throw him in and damage him. We want to make sure we realise the potential that he’s got," said Fleming.

He has already played some big matches. If the team needs him, we will field him this season. Rajvardhan throws the ball with good speed. But it is important to learn how to use that speed during the competition. We do not want to create chaos with a genius like Rajvardhan, "said Stephen Fleming.

Chennai will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in their next match on May 1.
