As 2020 is nearing, the International Cricket Council (ICC) releases the top 5 bowlers with most international wickets this decade (2010-2020). Ravichandran Ashwin topped the list with 564 wickets which turned the heads of cricket enthusiasts.

Ashwin\'s record in this decade by ICC, Ganguly and Prithi

England's star pacer James Anderson got the second place with 535 wickets while Stuart Broad (England), Tim Southee (New Zealand) and Trent Boult (New Zeland) got the next three places.

R Ashwin's massive record was applauded by BCCI president Sourav Ganguly who attached the screenshot of ICC's Instagram post on his Twitter handle.  "Most international wickets for ashwin this decade ⁦@ashwinravi99 @bcci.. what an effort .. just get a Feeling it goes unnoticed at times .. super stuff ..," (sic) wrote Ganguly.

Ashwin's life-partner Prithi Ashwin also joined in congratulating the spinner. She shared ICC's twitter post by just a smiley emotion. A million happiness could be felt with that simple emotion, though.
