ASHWIN TWEETS ABOUT COMING BACK TO CSK

Though he plays for other franchises, Ashwin always has a liking by his home (Chennai) audience. Ahead of IPL 2020 auction in December, Ashwin's net worth shot up to INR 9.1 Crore as he was bought by Delhi Capitals (DC).

Meanwhile, Ashwin conducted an online chat session on twitter with #AskAsh. Eventually, a lot of CSK fans posted their questions to the Chennai boy and he answered with utmost honesty.

One twitter fan asked "When are you coming back home Anna?" (sic) referring to Ashwin's return to team CSK.

Within minutes Ashwin replied to the question saying "Not my choice really.."

Ashwin had been a great asset to Chennai Super Kings for most of the seasons until 2018 during which he was bought by KXIP. After playing two successive years of IPL with KXIP, now Ashwin has been moved to DC. Overall, DC is the fourth franchise in Ashwin's IPL career. Earlier he had played for Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP).
