Madurai district Superintendent of Police Vijayendra Bidari has reportedly said that police forces have been deployed at all Jallikattu locations in Madurai. According to reports, Bidari’s statement comes after some Jallikattu bulls were released during a temple function in Palamedu. Notably, Bidari also added that the police personnel are sensitising people about the Supreme Court order.
