Senior advocate Mrs Nalini Chidambaram, appearing on behalf of Ashram Matriculation Higher Secondary School, has contended in a press statement, that the issue of notice to Mr.Rajinikanth is without jurisdiction as he has no connection with the school. The Madras high court has asked the school to give the explanations stated in the writ petition to the joint director who issued the notice.
