The regional transport authority in Noida has reportedly allowed the bike taxis to operate in four Uttar Pradesh districts including Ghaziabad, Gautam Budh Nagar, Hapur, and Bulandshahr. According to the officials, 17 conditions have to be fulfilled to get a permit for registering a bike taxi. Startups like Rapido, Baxi, Ola and Uber are set to provide bike taxis.
