According to reports, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella reportedly said that the company is working on the "most ultimate mobile device" which will be different from what is "defined by today's market leaders." He further said that with Nokia products, the company stopped doing things that were "me-too" and started focusing on a specific set of customers.
