Solar scam prime accused Saritha Nair filed a petition in the Kerala high court seeking a CBI probe into the cheating case. Earlier, Saritha said she was a victim in the case as she was given an assurance over her investments by Kerala chief minister Oommen Chandy. She also sought a CBI investigation into the alleged role of Oommen Chandy in the case.
