Interpol rejects India's request for red notice against Lalit Modi

Former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi who is in exile away from India claimed that the Interpol had rejected India’s request for issuing him a red notice. In an emotional message on Instagram on Monday, Modi said that he was overwhelmed with gratitude, and thanked his family and friends and well-wishers. Notably, Modi has denied any wrongdoing as alleged by the ED which claimed that he cheated BCCI-IPL in granting overseas telecast rights of the cricket tournament in 2009.
