Imran Sheikh hails from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He is 27. He is a mason and has been married for the last 8 years to a woman from the same area. In this situation, Imran has returned home after going to work on May 8th. His wife offered him chappatis and curry.
Too much salt
Imran, who ate the curry given by his wife, is said to have insulted his wife with harsh words, claiming that it was too salty. This has led to a verbal dispute between the two. Imran's wife has said she will lodge a complaint with the police at some point. Unable to control his anger, Imran allegedly attacked his wife and shaved her head. Neighbors who were shocked to hear the noises later was taken aback seeing the girl's condition.
Following the complaint, the neighbors asked Imran's wife to lodge a complaint with the police. The woman has lodged a complaint at the Vatva police station.

In it, the woman mentions that he (Imran) attacked her because there was too much salt in the meal and then shaved her hair. Imran's wife said she called the police three days after the incident out of fear of her husband.
Following this, the police said that a case has been registered against Imran on the basis of harassment, use of insults and assault with intent to be violent. People in the area are shocked by the incident where the wife was attacked for having too much salt in the food and her husband shaved his head.
