Union Minister for Human Resources Development Prakash Javadekar was spotted using a landline-receiver which was connected to his cellphone on Friday when he came to attend the Parliament winter session. The minister willingly posed for photographers. Several reports suggest that the Javadekar could be using the receiver to protect himself from the harmful radiation from the cellphone. However, he did not specify why he was using the fancy prop.
