A 4-year-old girl and her father who were travelling in a bike on Monday night were attacked by police as the man was not wearing a helmet. Police recklessly attacked them with a lathi, causing injuries in the girl’s leg. People staged a protest against the alleged atrocities caused by police after helmet was made mandatory in the state.
