AMID LOCKDOWN, LIST OF ALL APPS DELIVERING ESSENTIAL ITEMS: CHECK DETAILS! 

At a time when it is dangerous to step out of the house due to the deadly coronavirus, food-delivery apps are proving to be a boon for people. There are many app, who are trying their best to make things available to the customers.

Be it Swiggy, Zomato to Dominos, companies are doing their best to provide groceries across the country to meet the massive demand. Below is a list of all the apps who deliver essential items at your door step:

- Swiggy: This app is offering delivery of groceries and other household essentials to over 125 cities. The service is available on the Swiggy app under the ‘Grocery’ tab.

- Zomato: This is also delivering grocery in over 80 cities in India. The Zomato app features Zomato Market that lists local grocery stores in an area. 

- PhonePe: This launched a new ‘Stores’ section on its app to enable home delivery of groceries and essentials. A users of PhonePe just need to go to the Stores section and click to find the nearest operational stores.

- Flipkart: This mega store is selling essentials and household items through its app. 

- Snapdeal: This is also delivering essentials in 96 cities covering more than 15,000 pin codes. This delivers essential goods in high demand and includes grocery items like rice, tea, coffee, atta etc. 

- Shopclues: This offers sanitisers, masks, packaged foods, groceries, medicines and personal hygiene products on its website and app.

- Dominos: Along with pizzas, Dominos in now also delivering essentials for packs of flour, spices, staples on the Domino’s app.

- Paytm Mall: This e-commerce app, is now delivering household staples, hygiene, personal safety products, healthcare products, among others.

- Milkbasket: This is offering delivery of groceries, dairy, fruits and vegetables, and other household essentials. Not just that, it has also opened up a helpline for senior citizens with ordering essentials over the phone in cities like Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

While few other apps are, StoreSe, Box8, Ninjacart, Meesho and NoBrokerHood.
