Here’s why 2 murder accused walked free

A Delhi court acquitted two men accused of murdering a person in a temple complex as the police failed to bring the lone eye-witness of the incident to court. The police stated that the eyewitness was a vagabond; hence he could not be summoned to court. The accused were then acquitted of all charges as the non-availability of the eye-witness rendered the other evidences invalid.
